SHIPPING POLICIES

At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

In case of International order, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Domestic Delivery: 
Production timeline is 4–6 weeks.
The delivery lead time is 8 - 10 working days.

International Delivery:
Production timeline is 4–6 weeks.
The delivery lead time is 10 - 15 working days.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS

An end user may cancel an order within 4 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Supria Munjal. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user credit card/account.

Please note: An amount of 1.9% will be charged from the total amount in case of domestic transfer and 2.9% in international transfers to the respective payment gateway.

BILLING 

The price of our merchandise as mentioned on supriamunjal.com is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the said product. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all taxes as are applicable in India. Additional applicable taxes may be charged depending upon the international destination where the order has to be shipped to. Domestic delivery shall be free of cost. The tax rate applied and charged upon the order shall include combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the address where the order is being shipped. However, for International deliveries, there would be an additional shipping cost. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay.
