Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your shopping experience with us, but if something isn’t right, do kindly let us know. As a standard company protocol across all direct point of sales, Supria Munjal does not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on fresh off the rack, nor on made to order pieces except in case of the below mentioned exceptional scenarios:

1.   If the merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.

2.   If there is an irreparable technical issue with an altered/ordered piece against the client specifications, for example – damaged or defective, wrong size, wrong product style

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier.

In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products.

In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “info@supriamunjal.com” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.

The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.

 

We will not accept the product if:

  • It has been damaged by you
  •  If it has been worn
  • If it is a custom-made order

 

REFUNDS

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to SUPRIA MUNJAL within 24 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered. SUPRIA MUNJAL will not provide the option of exchange for reasons like color mismatch and exchange for size. No money for the returned product will be refunded, however a credit note will be generated for the value of returned goods.

 

CREDIT NOTE VALIDITY

All approved returns and/or exchanges are given in the form of Credit Notes with a maximum validity of 6 months and are redeemable solely at supriamunjal.com

  • All Credit Notes issued are for the MRP amount only and do not include any applicable shipping/duties or tax amount.
  • The brand follows a strict No Exchange No Refund Policy.
  • The Products are standardised, and no alterations are accepted.
